Salina, NY – On September 21, 2015 at approximately 9:01 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for multiple traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle Michael E. Nieves, 26, of Liverpool, was found to have 15 suspensions on his New York State driver’s license. Nieves was arraigned at the Town of Salina Court and released on his own recognizance to appear at a future date.
