To the Editor:
(Oct. 2015) For the past 5 years, we have entered into a relationship with Madison Cortland ARC as our fulfillment partner in Oneida NY. We started out not knowing much about the retail business and they have truly become our partner and our friends.
This month, they shipped pallets of our product, My Cup of Cake, to 150 Sam’s Club. We were amazed how efficient and accurate they were. Everything shipped on time and we have to thank 30-year Veteran Patti Curro, for her dedication in training the men and women with disabilities. Her patience is endless and her demeanor always upbeat and to me, almost heroic.
Our business has grown tremendously thanks to these unseen faces. Now that we are in local Sam’s Clubs in Rochester/Syracuse area, we have to pay tribute to them. Every package includes a small 3 x 5 thank you card to the ARC team so consumers know who packaged the product.
As you are probably aware, government cut backs are shrinking the work centers every year. As a small business owner, we can’t thank them enough and couldn’t have achieved this level of success without them.
We hope you provide this amazing team of workers some recognition for all their hard work and determination.
