Supports Rapasadi in Bid for Judgeship

(Madison County, NY – Oct. 2015) It is with the utmost respect and enthusiasm that I endorse Kathleen A. Rapasadi, Esq. in her candidacy for Madison County Court Judge and encourage voters to elect her to this honorable position. Attorney Rapasadi is an experienced litigator with a wealth of legal knowledge, superb communication skills, and a caring, endearing personality who will represent Madison County’s citizens with energy, fair-mindedness, and integrity in this important judicial capacity.

I’ve known Attorney Rapasadi for over five years during which time she served as my divorce attorney. Her valuable counsel, experience in handling delicate family matters, and strong support steered me through a difficult period; I am very grateful for her expertise, honesty, and attentiveness to detail throughout the process. I feel she will bring these exceptional qualities to the job, if elected Madison County Court Judge.

Attorney Rapasadi’s rich and varied experience and specialization in family law, domestic relations law and adoptions more than qualify her to oversee Madison County’s family, criminal, and surrogate courts. She has been a private practice attorney for twenty-one years, served as Assistant District Attorney and Deputy Coroner since 1998, as Village Attorney for citizens of Munnsville, New York under various administrations since 1995, and as Prosecuting Attorney in the Madison County town courts since 1998. In addition, since 2001, she has been Madison County’s representative for the Attorneys for Children, and served on numerous advisory committees.

As a twenty-five year resident of Madison County, homeowner in the Village of Morrisville, and full professor at Morrisville State College, I understand the importance of having highly qualified and deserving individuals serving in significant leadership positions in our Counties and State. I believe Madison County residents should elect Kathleen A. Rapasadi as Madison County Court Judge. Her election is vital to the well-being of our various and diverse villages and communities.
