(Oneida, NY – Jan. 22, 2016) Francis A. Borasky, 34, of Stoddard Street, Oneida was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 19 on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Andrea J. Howard, 32, of W. Dominck Street, Rome was charged Jan. 21 with two counts of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance for alleged possession of a schedule II and Schedule V controlled substance. She was also arrested on a Bench Warrant for failing to appear on charges of; Obstructing Governmental Administration, Trespass, second-degree Harassment and Theft of Services.
Keitha A. Cesario, 22, of W. Genesee Street, Chittenango was arrested Jan. 21 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to pay court surcharge, complete community service hours as directed and failed to appear on a charge of third-degree Criminal Trespass.
Michael G. Heeney, 61, of North Road, Vernon Center was issued a criminal summons Jan. 21 on charges of second-degree Criminal Trespass and second-degree Harassment.
Daniel F. Lamotte, 59, of Williams Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Jan. 21 on charges of second-degree Criminal Trespass and second-degree Harassment.
