(Oneida, NY- Jan. 28, 2016) Susan L. O’Rourke, 34, of Park Dr. Manor, Rome was charged Jan. 26 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.
Randy W. Kistner, 54, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was issued an appearance ticket Jan. 27 on a violation of the city trash ordinance.
Oneida Police executed a search warrant Jan. 27 at 214 N. Main St. as a result of an investigation into illegal drug activity. Jolene E. Wheeler, 26, of 214 N. Main St. was charged with two counts of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She is alleged to have possessed cocaine and heroin. She is alleged to have been involved in illegal drug activity while three children under the age of 6 resided in the apartment. Madison County Child Protective Services was contacted for assistance. Oneida City Codes was contacted for codes violations.
Samantha F Wheeler, 31, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was arrested at the scene on a warrant for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change of Address, a class E Felony and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
