(Oneida, NY – Jan. 26, 2016) Chad Manaseri, 41, of Boston Street, Oneida was issued an appearance ticket Jan. 25 for a violation of the city trash ordinance. He is alleged to have junk items in his yard.
Shawn D. Masse, 22, of Broad Street, Durhamville was charged Jan. 25 with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of Hypodermic Instruments. He is alleged to have possessed heroin and needles at 335 Stone Street which was found when police responded to a disturbance at that location.
