Robert R. Webster, Jr., 42, of Oneida Street, Verona, was arrested March 4 on charges of third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony. He is alleged to have damaged a rear window and unlawfully entered the Ottaviano Medical Building on Genesee Street on or about Aug. 30. Damages were in excess of $1,500.
Caitlyn G. Catello, 23, Sconondoa Road, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana March 3.
Tiffany A. Coonrod, 27, Cedar Street, Oneida, was charged March 4 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and passed stop sign.
Lovely P. Deecher, 24, Parry Street, Rome, was arrested March 4 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on a petit larceny charge.
