Geneva Man arrested for Falsifying Business Records
State Police in Oneida arrested Guy W. Pane, age 59, from Geneva, NY for (2) counts of Falsifying Business Records 1st , a class “E” felony.
Pane was arrested following an investigation into stolen credit cards from the Tops Supermarket parking lot in Lenox Feb.9. The investigation revealed the stolen credit cards were used at the Walmart and SavOn in the City of Oneida. Pane was arraigned in the City of Oneida Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail on no bail.

State Police arrest Phoenix man for Driving While Intoxicated
On Saturday March 19, 2016, at approximately 12:47 a.m., State Police in Fulton stopped a vehicle on County Route 57 in the Town of Schroeppel for a Vehicle and Traffic violation. Troopers interviewed the driver, Joshua R. Anguish, 28, of Phoenix, NY, and determined he was intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on March 30, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
