On Saturday April 9, at approximately 1 a.m., State Police responded to a hit and run accident on Downey Drive in the Town of Scriba, Oswego County.
The victim had called 911 after hearing a loud crash, looking outside and seeing that her car had been struck by another vehicle.
Investigation at the scene led police to another residence on Downey Drive where they located Brad M. Devore, 26, with the suspect vehicle.
Devore was found to be intoxicated, and taken into custody. He was charged at SP Fulton with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Scriba Court April 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
