On April 12, 2016, Kimberly A. Marsh, 52, of South Main Street, Canastota, was arrested for one count of second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony.
Marsh was charged after an investigation revealed that she had stolen more than $50,000 from the Tri-Valley Pop Warner football league as the program’s treasurer between April 2011 and February 2016.
She was arraigned in Sullivan Town Court and released on her own recognizance. Marsh is scheduled to appear in Canastota Village Court May 17, at 3 p.m.
