Bobby Maurice Collins, 35, 104 N. Main Street, Oneida, was arrested April 146 on the following charges:
fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony (possession with intent to sell); and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Police say Collins was charged following a domestic dispute in which he is alleged to have intentionally damaged property and allegedly had in his possession 32 individually wrapped bags of heroin – approximately 12 grams – with a street value of $2,000.
Police also seized $2,637.00 in cash and three cell phones.
Collins was arraigned before Oneida City Court Assistant Judge Mike Misiaszek and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond to appear April 16 in Oneida City Court.
