Oneida police patchTyler D. Archambault, 25, of Oxbow Road, Lincoln, was arrested on a bench warrant May 9 for allegedly failing to complete community service hours on a trespass charge.

Gabrielle V. Bandera-Motley, 23, of Chapel Street, Canastota, was arrested May 10 on an arrest warrant on a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on charges of trespass and petit larceny.

Eric Howe, 19, of Verna Drive, Canastota, was arrested on an arrest warrant May 10 on charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

William P. Looman, 24, of Cross Avenue, Morrisville, was arrested May 10 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Christopher M. Helmer, 29, of Lewis Street, Canastota, was arrested May 10 on charges of third-degree burglary, a class D felony; and third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Helmer is alleged to have forced entry into a work trailer and stole tools valued at $15,000. He was arraigned before Oneida City Court Judge Anthony Eppolito and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond. Some of the stolen property has been recovered.
