On May 15 at approximately 11:35 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for speeding.The driver of the vehicle, Rostyslav Kuvshinov, 40, of Bronx, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where his blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.23 percent. He was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated; an unclassified misdemeanor.
Kuvshinov was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clarkstown Court June 9 at 7:30 p.m.
