State Police seek public assistance with identifying suspect in surveillance photo
The New York State Police in North Syracuse are investigating a suspicious incident that occurred March 22, 2018, on 7th North Street in Salina.
At approximately 3 p.m., a white male operating a gray Nissan Versa approached a child walking on 7th North Street and offered her a ride. State Police are asking the public to assist with identifying this male. He is described as a white male with short dark hair, a colorful tattoo on his right forearm and he smokes cigarettes. The vehicle he was operating is believed to be a gray Nissan Versa.
