Arrests Made
(Marcy, NY – Jan. 11, 2013) State Police in Marcy arrested Benjamin Wivell, 17, of 2032 Brothertown Road, Deansboro for third-degree Burglary and Brian Albright, 17, of 100 Elm Ave. Oriskany Falls for fifth-degree Criminal Poss. of Stolen Property for having proceeds from the burglary. Other arrests are pending.

(Marcy, NY – Jan. 8, 2013) State Police in Marcy are investigating a burglary that occurred on Friday, Dec. 28 at the Nassimos CO-OP Gas Station located at 141 North Main St. in the village of Oriskany Falls.
The investigation revealed that approximately 2 a.m. two white male suspects broke into the store and stole several items.
If anyone recognizes either suspect from the security camera photo’s they are asked to contact State Police Investigator Chad Tangorra in Marcy at (315) 736-8802. All calls will remain confidential.
