(Herkimer, NY – Jan. 17, 2013) Herkimer County Community College has announced several staff appointments.

Jeremy Cingranelli, Stittville, NY was appointed technical assistant—community education (program development), effective December 26, 2012. He will be involved in non-credit and grant program development, registration functions, processing contracts/invoices and promoting non-credit offerings.

Cingranelli previously worked part-time in HCCC’s Registrar’s office. He is also assistant basketball coach at HCCC. He holds an A.A.S. degree in general studies from HCCC, and a B.S. in elementary education from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ.

Frank Drapalski, Herkimer, NY was appointed technology support technician, effective October 15, 2012. He will work on computer set-up and configuration, troubleshooting, end user training and communication with vendors.

Drapalski comes to Herkimer from Hartwick College, where he earned a degree in information science and was employed as an assistant systems administrator.

Paul LaPuma, Little Falls, NY was appointed assistant director of Campus Safety effective January 28, 2013. He will supervise campus public safety personnel regarding the enforcement of College rules and regulations and the enforcement of Laws of NYS for the safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors of HCCC. He holds an A.A.S. degree in criminal justice from Mohawk Valley Community College. LaPuma comes to HCCC from Onondaga Community College where he was director of campus safety. Previously, he worked at Herkimer in campus safety.

Rosalie Sadallah, New Hartford, NY was appointed Faculty Student Association (FSA) staff accountant effective November 5, 2012. She will maintain records, process accounts payable and process FSA payroll. Sadallah holds a B.S. in accounting from SUC at Oswego. She comes to Herkimer from The Fountainhead Group, Inc., New York Mills, NY where she was accounts payable/accounts receivable coordinator.
