(Utica, NY – Feb. 6, 2013) The New York State Police BCI in Marcy announces the arrest of Carrie A. Iannone, 35, of 110 Genesee St. Utica.
Following a 3 month investigation, Iannone was arrested for making numerous unauthorized purchases with another person’s credit card. She was charged with fourth-degree Grand Larceny, a felony, and fifth-degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a misdemeanor.
She was issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Utica Court on Feb. 12.
