(Alexandria Bay, NY – Feb. 7, 2013) State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested 55 year-old, Jeffrey D. Durand, from 50073 Smith Lane Redwood for aggravated DWI.
Durand was charged after a vehicle stop on State Route 12 in the Town of Alexandria.
Durand was found to have a BAC of .23 percent.
He was arraigned in the Town of Alexa
