(Marcy, NY – Feb. 11, 2013) On Feb. 7, the New York State Police BCI in Marcy arrested Christina M. Dudek, 38, of 2 Douglas Ave. in Yorkville after a nine month investigation conducted by the United States Postal Service Inspector General’s Office.

Dudek, an employee of the Oriskany post office is alleged to have stolen a credit card and $100 cash from the US Mail when it was received at the Oriskany Post Office. She was charged with one count of fourth-degree Grand Larceny, a felony, and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Oriskany Court on Feb. 13.

The case was investigated by Special Agent Mark Parah of the Postal Service Inspector General’s Office in Syracchristina dudekuse and Inv Chad Tangorra of SP Marcy BCI.
