(Verona, NY – Feb. 27, 2013) Oneida Nation Enterprises named Sujoy Brahma Vice President for Food and Beverage at Turning Stone Resort Casino. He started work at the Oneida Nation January 21.
Brahma brings significant experience in the dining industry, most recently as Director of Food and Beverage at River Spirit Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, Florida. Brahma previously served in senior leadership roles for dining operations in Las Vegas, Nevada at Caesars Palace and Harrah’s Casino Resort. In all, Brahma has over 20 years of leadership experience in the Food and Beverage industry, including extensive experience at four star and four diamond resorts.
Brahma holds a Master’s Degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Xavier’s College in Calcutta, India. He also studied at the Hotel Institute for Management in Montreux, Switzerland.
