(Trenton, NY – March 10, 2013) State Police in Remsen arrested 55 year old Eric S. Moe of Holland Patent, Town of Trenton for Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
State Police responded to a two car Personal Injury Automobile accident on State Route 365 in the Town of Trenton. Upon interviewing the driver of one of the vehicles involved, a strong odor of beverage alcohol was detected, upon conducting field sobriety tests it was determined that Eric S. Moe was intoxicated and placed under arrest.
Moe was processed at SP Remsen where he consented to a breath test with a positive reading of .23 percent.
Moe was issued tickets to appear at the Town of Trenton Court on March 19 at 6 p.m.
A passenger of the second vehicle was transported to Rome Hospital with back pain.
