Animal ABCs

A fun story time program by the Rosamond Gifford Zoo on the 2nd Saturday of each month.  Enjoy stories, meet a fascinating animal up close and touch real animal artifacts.  Free food and drink, take-home surprises and lots of silly zoo fun!  For children under age 5 and their parents or guardian.

This program is made possible through a Literacy Champions grant by the Literacy Coalition of Onondaga County funded by the CNY Community Foundation.

Storytellers on the Move – Storytimes at your Preschool!

Winter weather makes it difficult to load preschoolers into a van for a trip to the library.  So let us bring stories to you and put books into the hands of your preschoolers.  Call 435-3797 to schedule a time for us to visit and share a special storytime.

This eight-week, hands-on class meets for 8 consecutive Wednesdays, April 3 – May22. It will cover a variety of topics including:  computer terminology, navigating the web, Internet safety, learning to create, save and retrieve a file, exploring the basic features of Windows 7 & Microsoft Office, and much more! FREE; meets in the Pass Lab on Level 4.
