(Remsen, NY – April 10, 2013) State Police in Remsen received a complaint of a Order of Protection violation. 33 year old Todd M. Perry of Remsen, contacted the complainant by phone after being served an Order of Protection prohibiting any written or telephonic communication. Perry was arrested for second-degree Criminal Contempt and arraigned.
Perry posted $500 bail and is to return to the Town of Remsen Court on April 16 at 6 p.m.
