(Watertown, NY – April 18, 2013) State Police in Watertown arrested Kevin F. Brennan, 56, from 46 Public Square Apt. 211, Watertown on one count of first-degree Falsifying Business Records, a class “E” felony.
Brennan is accused of making a false entry on a prescription form while acting as a nurse practitioner for the Mercy Primary Care Clinic. He falsely completed the prescription in order to obtain 48 Percocet pills for personal consumption on May 2, 2012. 
Brennan was issued an appearance ticket to return to the City of Watertown Court on April 24. State Police were assisted in this investigation by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency Syracuse Office.
