(East Syracuse, NY – May 1, 2013) State Police in North Syracuse arrested 50 year-old, James A. Badgley, of 6682 Collamer Road, East Syracuse for two counts of Possession of a Sexual Performance of a Child, a class “E” felony. 
Badgley was charged after 15 images of child pornography were found on his personal laptop by the NYSP Computer Crime Unit.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Dewitt Court for May 1 at 6 p.m.
