Why: For the first time in the Mohawk Valley, the American Heart Association is bringing together local experts and companies to discuss worksite wellness and ways to help employees. Topics to be discussed include “Nutrition with Healthy Snack Options” and “Changing Culture with Education.”
The Worksite Wellness Expert Panel Forum facilitated by sponsor Gilroy, Kernan & Gilroy Insurance will give attendees the opportunity to discuss different programs like smoking cessation, how to engage employees, reducing costs, and fitness and nutrition at work. There will also be networking opportunities and a ceremony recognizing the Fit-Friendly Worksites.
