state-police-seal-150x150(New Hartford, NY – May 31, 2013) The New York State Police BCI in Marcy has concluded a three month investigation into the theft of a Honda generator from Cazenovia Equipment located on State Route 5 in the Town of New Hartford.

The generator was subsequently recovered at a New Hartford Pawn Shop.

On March 8 a generator was stolen from within the showroom and an investigation led to the arrest of the following three individuals, who were all charged with fourth-degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a felony:

William J. Bonsignore, 34, of 241 St-28 Oneonta was arrested on April 23 and was additionally charged with first-degree Falsifying Business Records, also a felony. He was arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court and was committed to the Oneida County Jail on cash bail.

Lennon W. Maramarco, 27, of 521 Plant St., Utica was arrested May 29 and was committed to the Oneida County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.

Wayne M. Daniels, 49, of 905 Saratoga St., Utica was arrested May 31 at the Oneida County Jail where he is being held on unrelated charges.  He is to be arraigned June 4 in the Town of New Hartford Court.
