(Alexandria Bay, NY – June 6, 2013) -On June 5 State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Patricia A. Shea, age 52, from 1030 Arsenal St., Watertown for three counts of first-degree Falsifying Business Records (class “E” felony) and three counts of Unlawfully Dispensing a Controlled Substance in violation of section 3304(1) of the Public Health Law (unclassified misdemeanor).
The charges stem from an investigation into a January 2013 incident involving Shea illegally dispensing dosages of hydrocodone and oxycodone from the Samaritan Medical Center PYXIS system.
Shea was arraigned in the Town of Le Ray Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety building on $1,500 bail.
