(Liverpool, NY – June 24, 2013) State Police in North Syracuse arrested 18 year-old Miquan D. Kelly and a 15 year old male, both from Liverpool, for first-degree Robbery, a class “B” felony.
On June 20 at about 11 p.m. New York State Police were dispatched to a reported robbery at the Bayberry Plaza, located at 7608 Oswego Road in Liverpool. Three victims had been held up at gunpoint and had their cellphones and an Ipod stolen.
Investigation resulted in the arrest of the two teens.
Both were arraigned in the Town of Clay Court.
Kelly was remanded to the Onondaga County Jail in lieu of bail and the 15 year old teen was committed to the Hillbrook Detention Facility.
