(Oneida, NY – August 9, 2013) – State Police in Oneida arrested 32 year-old, Kenneth R. Chaires, from 2949 Tag Road in Canastota, NY for Rape in the first degree, a class “B” felony.
Chaires was charged after an investigation into his conduct with a female under the age of eleven that occurred in the Town of Lenox, Madison County. Chaires was arraigned in the Town of Lenox Court and held without bail.
