(Syracuse, NY – Sept. 10, 2013) On Tuesday Sept. 9 New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) Central with the assistance of the Syracuse DEA office, Syracuse Police Department and State Police patrols from North Syracuse executed a search warrant at the residence of Ryan E. Finniss, 32, located at 719 Coughlin Ave., Syracuse.
Investigators seized 12 ounces of Marijuana with a street value of $3,000 and approximately $12,000 worth of stolen sporting goods merchandise. Merchandise consisted of Trail Cameras, Depth and Fish Finders, GPS units, Fishing Equipment, Lacrosse Heads and Baseball Gloves.
Finniss was charged with third-degree Criminal Possession of Marijuana and three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and was remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center.
