(Oneida, NY – Oct. 2013) Joshua M. Adamo, 28, of Genesee St., Oneida was charged after investigation into a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Oct. 11 around 5:30 p.m. on Lake Street. He was charged with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident, third-degree Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Moved from Lane Unsafely.
Adamo is alleged to have been traveling southbound on N. Lake Street when he came around a curve, lost control and struck a tree and then left the scene. He is alleged to have taken and operated the vehicle without permission of the owner. He is tol appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 25.
Ronald P. King, 48, of Manor Dr., Chittenango was issued an appearance ticket Oct. 14 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 22 to answer a charge of Possession of Open Container of Alcohol in Public.
Timothy R. Smith, 41, of Lenox Ave., Oneida was arrested Oct. 11 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on a Scheme to Defraud charge. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail.
James P. Bouyea, 43, of W. Railroad St., Oneida was charged Oct. 15 with second-degree Obstructing Governmental Administration. He is to appear Oct. 25.
Shelia J. Bouyea, 44, of W. Railroad St., Oneida was charged Oct. 15 with Disorderly Conduct and Littering. She is to appear Oct. 22.
