christmas_wreathChristmas Tree Bulb(Watertown, NY – Nov. 2013) Are you starting to think about your Christmas and holiday shopping? Do you have loved ones on your list for whom you want to give something unique, but every year you struggle to find that perfect gift?

Well, you can hold off on settling for gift cards. At the 2013 Holiday Craft Fair & Market on Dec. 1, you may just find what you’re looking for with a wide variety of vendors on two floors of the Dulles State Office Building.

“We have 65 vendors lined up for you on the first and second floor offering everything from homemade treats to cedar furniture, handmade scarves to beautiful jewelry made from silver spoons, and unique home décor to handmade candles,” said Drew Mangione, Watertown Urban Mission development director. “It’s an incredible selection of local artisans and local vendors offering unique and special gifts for you to start your holiday shopping. Forget Black Friday, shop the Sunday after Thanksgiving and support your community.”

The 2013 Holiday Craft Fair opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 1st at the Dulles State Office Building’s first and second floors, 317 Washington Street, Watertown. Admission is just a $2 donation and all paid attendees will receive a ticket for great prizes from the vendors and a $2 off coupon to the Impossible Dream Thrift Store. The parking garage will be open to event attendees to park close to the show.

“More than 600 friends shopped the fair last year and found great items across more than 6,000 square feet of merchandise,” Drew added. “This year we’ve added even more vendors to this great event. You’ll find gifts for the whole family. We’ll have a visit from Santa with face painting, lunch, and great snacks available. Your participation will not only support local businesses, but you’ll also help your struggling neighbors make ends meet this winter.”
