(Utica, NY – Dec. 3, 2013) The Revolutionary Trails Council, BSA hosted its first annual Leadership Dinner on November 14 at the Hotel Utica, celebrating leadership in Central New York.
The staff and the Board of Directors of the Revolutionary Trails Council is grateful to the Dinner Co-Chairs F.X. and Pamela Matt and their Committee whose hard work and dedication made the event a success. Along with honoring Steven W. Barnes with the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award, The Dinner raised $50,000 to help support ScoutReach and Scouting in Central New York, and closed the funding gap associated with the loss of United Way funding.
Additional special thanks to David Cocomazzi and Jessica Shumway of the Hotel Utica making sure the attendees enjoyed a wonderful cocktail hour and dinner.
