(Marcy, NY – Dec. 13, 2013) State Police in Marcy announce the arrest of 53 year-old James S. Adamczyk of Yorkville for one count of promoting and one count of possessing an image of child pornography in violation of New York State Penal Law.
Adamczyk was arraigned in the Village of Yorkville and remanded to the Oneida County Jail.
This case was investigated by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations at SP Marcy with assistance from the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center and technical support provided by the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit.
