(Steuben, NY – Dec. 13, 2013) State Police in Remsen arrested 30-year-old James M. Johnson of Remsen for third-degree Assault after an argument over who had permission to hunt on land off of Fuller Road in the Town of Steuben.
Investigation revealed during the argument Johnson punched a man fracturing his jaw. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Steuben Court on Dec. 17 at 7 p.m.
