(Westmoreland, NY – March 28, 2014) On March 27 the New York State Police in Marcy arrested Jason S. Tuttle, 29, of Westmoreland.
Tuttle was involved in a domestic dispute on March 27 where he menaced a family member with a hammer. In doing so, he also violated an order of protection.
He was subsequently charged with first-degree Criminal Contempt, third-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon and second-degree Menacing.
Tuttle was arraigned in the Village of New York Mills Court and was remanded to the Oneida County Jail on $10,000 bail.
