(Marcy, NY – April 23, 2014) On April 23 the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Marcy arrested Christina M. Rappa, 48 of Rome.
Rappa is alleged to have stolen $6,534 in unemployment insurance benefits from the State of New York while she was gainfully employed. She was charged with felony third-degree Grand Larceny and first-degree Falsifying Business Records.
She was arraigned before the Hon. Robert Glen, Village of New York Mills Court, and was remanded to the Oneida County Jail on $10,000 bail.
