(Oneida, NY – Oct. 30, 2015) Robert G. Emmons, 23, of N. Lake St. Oneida was charged Oct. 28 with first-degree Criminal Contempt, a class E Felony and second-degree Unlawful Imprisonment. He is alleged to have violated a court order.
Walter Wasiluk, 52, ofW. Elm St. Oneida was issued a criminal summons Oct. 28 on a charge of second-degree Harassment.
Christopher M. Helmer, 29, of Lewis St. Canastota was arrested Oct. 28 on a warrant on a charge of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon and on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear on a charge of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Kayla J. Smith, 28, of Brouillette Rd. Oriskany Falls was charged Oct. 29 with Prostitution.
Danny W. Britton Jr., 29, of Sherman St. Oneida was issued a criminal summons Oct. 29 on a charge of second-degree Harassment.
