(Oneida, NY – Dec. 4, 2015) Jon T. Snyder, 21, of Grand Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Dec. 2 on a charge of third-degree Assault. He is alleged to have acted in consort with another in pushing, punching and kicking another person causing that person to sustain a fracture to their nose and facial laceration.
Vicky E. Parmeter, 46, of N. Main Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Dec. 2 on a charge of second-degree Menacing. She is alleged to have displayed a knife while threatening another person.
