(Oneida, NY – Jan. 11, 2016) Anne E. Mills, 35, of Main Street, Oneida was charged Jan. 6 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
Megan L. Palmer, 30, of MacArthur Parkway, Oneida was charged Jan. 7 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
Paula J. Hunkins, 43, of Waterbury Road, Canastota was arrested Jan. 7 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to complete community service hours on a disorderly conduct charge.
John A. Farnham Jr., 33, was charged Jan. 8with Obstructing Emergency Medical Services. He is alleged to have struck a nurse while being treated in the Oneida Healthcare emergency room.
Melody M. Seaton, 40, of Poolville Road, Hubbardsville was charged Jan. 10 with Issuing a Bad Check.
Russell L. King, 34, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was arrested Jan. 9 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to report to Madison County Jail as directed on a third-degree assault charge.
Joshua A. Campany, 20, of North Street, Oneida was charged Jan. 11following an investigation into an incident that occurred Dec. 20, 2015. Campany was charged with Discharging a Firearm in the Inside District and second-degree Reckless Endangerment. He is alleged to have fired a firearm at 235 North St. while in close proximity to another person.
BillyJo L. Collins, 22, of Farrier Avenue, Oneida was charged Jan. 11with Disorderly Conduct and second-degree Harassment.
