(Morrisville, NY – Feb. 2016) Morrisville State College University Police Lt. Conor Duffy attended the Fair and Impartial Policing training program in Syracuse.
The Fair and Impartial Policing training is designed to help officers identify bias or impartial policing and how it can impact policing as a whole.
The training certifies Duffy, along with 24 other SUNY officers, to provide training to his on-campus colleagues, and throughout the region.
Duffy has completed the following training: Field Training Officer, Defensive Driving Instructor, Patrol Rifle, Active Shooter, Opioid Overdose Training, Basic First Aid, CLERY, Title IX and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act).
Duffy is a graduate of Vestal High School and SUNY Cortland. He has been part of the New York State University Police since September 2009.
