(Oneida, NY – Feb. 22, 2016) Stephen A. Faniglula, 31, of Main Street, Oneida was charged Feb. 19 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Operating a vehicle without an interlock device.
Keisha L. Whaley, 26, of Main Street, Oneida was charged Feb. 19 with Facilitating second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
Earl J. Hughes, 57, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of second-degree Assault, a class D Felony and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief. He is alleged to have struck a female victim on the head with a wooden shovel handle causing injury to the victim’s forehead consisting of; laceration, swelling and contusion. He is also alleged to have taken her cell phone and disconnected the phone while the victim was engaged in requesting medical and police services.
Alex M. Hinton, 21, of Stone Street, Oneida was arrested Feb. 21 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to comply with a court order on a Disorderly Conduct charge.
