(Forestport, NY – May 14, 2013) On May 10 Trooper Michael Muise, SP Remsen, arrested Xavier T. Polk, 27, of 7154 North St., Port Leyden after he illegally entered a home in the Town of Forestport and stole property from within. He was charged with second-degree Criminal Trespass (misdemeanor) and Petit Larceny (misdemeanor).
Polk was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Forestport Court on May 14.
