(Chittenango, NY- Sept. 2013) Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum’s Sewing Circle is holding a “Quilt and Tea Social” on Sunday Oct. 6 at the museum, 717 Lakeport Road in Chittenango.
The program runs from 2 until 4 p.m.
Refreshments will be served.
Admission is $5.
Attendees are invited to bring their own quilts to show and share information about. There will also be a raffle of a queen size quilt, hand quilted by the Sewing Circle, a lap quilt donated by Pompey Pin Cushions, a stuffed patchwork pumpkin and a cup and saucer pincushion both donated by Sally Vittorio.
Raffle tickets are available at the museum, at the social or you may call the museum at 687-3801. Proceeds are to benefit the CLCBM Sewing Circle.
