(Trenton, NY – Oct. 20, 2013) State Police in Remsen arrested 27 year-old Lee M. Arthur of New Hartford for Driving While Intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Route 12 in the Town of Trenton.
On Oct. 20 at approximately 2:14 a.m., Arthur was operating a 2010 Honda Accord traveling 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. After further investigation, Arthur was subsequently arrested for Driving while Intoxicated.
Arthur was charged with DWI, refusal of breath screening test, and speed over state limit-55 mph.
He was arraigned and committed to Oneida County Jail in lieu of $850 cash or $1,750 bond.
Arthur is to appear on Nov. 4 at 4 p.m.in the town of Trenton court.
