(Boonville, NY – Nov 16, 2013) The State Police in Remsen are investigating a one car fatal accident on ST-46 in the Town of Boonville that occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 16. Daniel Hall, age 48, of Boonville was operating a 1995 Chevy pick-up truck south bound on ST-46 when he failed to negotiate a left hand curve in the roadway. The vehicle exited the west shoulder of the roadway and rolled down an embankment striking a utility support pole.
Hall was ejected from the vehicle and he was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Onondaga Medical Examiner.
