Imagine Geppetto’s surprise when the puppet he carves from an unusual piece of wood springs to life. The wooden boy, Pinocchio, becomes like a son to the kindly old wood carver. But the mischievous Pinocchio sets off on a series of fantastic adventures. Along the way he learns valuable lessons that lead him back home and earn him the thing he most desires—to be a real boy. This production is based on the novel by Cario Collodi, book and lyrics by Bruce Craig Miller, and music by Michael Strong.
The Hamilton Middle School Chorus will delight the audience before the show with a short medley of Under the Sea and A Whole New World. Anna Taube, choral director said the students are excited to perform for the general public.
